  • shifted organizational communications from “what” to “why”

  • promoted inbound marketing strategies

  • supported the orgranizational strategic plan

  • increased stakeholder Engagement & elevated the brand

I have facilitated organizational shifts from traditional, outbound marketing and communication strategies, to those that utilized storytelling and an inbound strategy. This required developing new approaches in information gathering, stakeholder engagement and utilization of communication tools. For example, I helped move an organization from producing a print newsletter with a strong selling perspective to creating a magazine that featured stakeholder stories and celebrated community impact and member success. This transition supported strategic planning, increased stakeholder engagement and elevated the brand.
