Responsibilities/contributions in this video production included:

Gathering and editing all assets: senior photos and staff voiceover recordings

Provided staff with sample script to inspire messaging and maximum recording length

Created Photoshop template to produce frame design that included multiple student photos per frame

Determined maximum total video length (no longer than five minutes) by using selected voiceover recordings, managing transition timing/length/speed (all graduating class member images had to be included in this video)

Provided Captivate with logo, title and staff identification for voiceover recordings

Approved final video version after proofing

Uploaded SRT file for captioning and attached to file

Shared to district YouTube and other social media channels; shared via email distribution and on the district website
